A few practical details so you know what to expect from your SimplyDriven appointment.
Requests and confirmation
Submitting an online request does not reserve or confirm an appointment. No deposit or payment is collected online. A request acknowledgement is sent by email; Liam follows up personally within 24 hours. Your appointment is confirmed when you and Liam agree on the details, followed by a written email record.
Your location
Standard mobile service requires access to water, power and a suitable place to work. Liam brings a hose and extension cable. If access is uncertain, contact SimplyDriven first. Setups are considered individually; a workaround is not guaranteed. If a setup is approved, the booking can be confirmed during that conversation without returning to the website or making payment.
Prices and additional work
Online prices are starting estimates. Standard package prices are $180 Basic, $250 Essential and $400 Platinum for sedans, coupes and small SUVs. Trucks and seven-seaters add $50. After seeing the vehicle’s physical condition, Liam will discuss and agree with you on any price increase before carrying out additional work. Amounts depend on the particular vehicle and work required.
Additional stain extraction starts at $40 when added to a package. Severity may increase the amount. Essential and Platinum already include light stain removal. Pet hair removal starts at $30 when added to a package. Heavy or embedded hair may increase the amount; any increase is discussed and agreed after physical inspection. Ceramic coating and standalone paint correction require a consultation and inspection, with a separate quote.
Introductory offer and estimated tax
The introductory 10% discount applies automatically to a detailing package and its vehicle-size adjustment. Add-ons, ceramic coatings and separately quoted correction services are excluded. Prices are in Canadian dollars. The request estimate displays 5% GST and 7% PST, calculated after the package discount. Your agreed service and applicable taxes appear on the final invoice.
Cancellation and weather
Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or change your appointment. Call or email directly. If weather prevents the appointment, SimplyDriven will reschedule free of charge.
Time and payment
Basic takes approximately 3 hours, Essential approximately 4 hours, and Platinum approximately 5½ hours for combined interior and exterior care. Condition, extra work, access and vehicle size can affect timing. Online requests are for weekends within the next 14 days; weeknight interior-only or exterior-only work is arranged privately. Payment is due on completion by e-transfer, card or cash.
